Step 1 – Contact us

Call or Email us for additional information and to set up an appointment to visit Le Rubic apartments.

Step 2 – Visit

Our housing consultants will walk you through the different models available and answer your questions.

Step 3 – Choose and reserve your unit

Once you have decided on a particular unit, you can reserve it by means of a minimum (refundable) deposit and an option of 5 business days.

Step 4 – Sign an offer to lease

Make an appointment with your housing consultant to sign the lease agreement. This agreement will specify the unit’s date of delivery and any additional deposits required.

Step 5 – Moving in

Our onsite manager will assist you with all aspects of the move-in process. All questions regarding maintenance of your unit and operation of the appliances will be answered.

Step 6 – After-sales service

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, a member of the Rubic project will contact you 45 days after you take possession of your unit to ask you a few questions and to ensure your complete satisfaction.
